Set the reference frequency for the frequency grid used by the instrument.
Any value in the specified range (see appropriate User's Guide)
Also allowed:
MIN - minimum programmable value
MAX - maximum programmable value
DEF - default value

Optional:
MIN - minimum programmable value
MAX - maximum programmable value
DEF - default value
The current reference frequency value or the minimum, maximum, or default
reference frequency value in Hz.
