Troubleshooting

If the refrigerator does not work properly, please check the following situations first.
If the malfunction still exists, please disconnect the power plug and contact the dealer or authorized service center.
The following sounds are normal.
From the refrigerator interior.
The sound of crackling.
It comes from the expansion and
contraction of the parts due to
temperature changes.
The sound of humming
It comes from the running fans.
The sound of tinkling
It comes from the vibration of the wine
bottles in the Door Shelf due to the
running compressor.
The sounds produced by the Ice
compartment and the Water supply tank.
The sounds of whirring, clicking and
bubbling
They come from the Automatic Ice Maker
when it releases ice or supplies water.
The sounds from the rear.
Ths sounds of bubbling, hissing and
flowing
They come from the flow of the refrigerant
(gas).
From the lower back.
The sound of whirring
It comes from the indoor fans in the
machine room.

Upper part of the back.
The sound of ticking
It comes from the running electronic components and compressors.
The sound of humming
It comes from the running compressor. The change in tone depends
on the changing speed of the compressor to adapt to the
temperature change.
The sound of clicking
It comes when the compressor stops.

Compartment.
The sounds of knocking and flapping
They come from opening and closing the
drawer.
When opening the door of the
Freezer compartment
The sound of hissing
It comes from the evaporation of
water heated by the heater in the
defrosting process.
