Troubleshooting
Ice smell.
The interior smells.

at all.

Foods get frozen.

Clean the Water supply tank and Water purification filter once a week. (P. 21 )
Do not clean the Water supply tank and Water purification filter with a
detergent or bleach.
Replace the Water purification filter once every 3 years. (Parts sold
separately; P. 27 )
Store the foods with strong smells in airtight containers.
The peculiar smell usually adheres to the interior wall.
→Wipe the refrigerator interior walls with a soft cloth soaked in warm water.
Make sure the power is on, the power cord is connected to the socket, or the
circuit breaker is not broken.
When the refrigerator is used for the first time, it takes 4 to 24 hours or longer
(in summer, etc.) to start its refrigerating functions.
Change the temperature setting to a lower temperature. (P. 9 )
Ensure that no foods block the cold air outlet.
Do not place the refrigerator in direct sunlight. (P. 6 )
Ensure there is enough space around the refrigerator. (P. 6 )
If too many foods are stuffed inside the refrigerator or the "Fresh Freezing"
function is used for a long time, it may take longer to cool down the refrigerator.
When the humidity is high, do not open the doors for a long time or frequently.
When an accessory (such as pipe rack) purchased in a store gets stuck in
the refrigerator door, remove the accessory.
If the foods fall out from the back of the Freezer compartment or the
Vegetable compartment , the door is not opened and closed correctly.
Taking out the food.
When the humidity is high, frost may form on the outer surface of the
refrigerator.
→Wipe the frost with a dry cloth.
Increase the temperature setting of the refrigerator.
Check whether the ambient temperature is 5°C or below
→Lower the temperature setting of the refrigerator.
Do not put foods with high moisture content near the cold air outlet or the
Prime Fresh compartment.
