Corrective Action
Use gas leak test to find leaks
and repair as needed.
Replace gas supply.
Clean or replace Pyrotube.
Determine cause of instability
and correct.
Replace Regulator.
Replace UV Lamp.
Replace or adjust PMT.
Stabilize ambient temperature.
Use light leak test to find leaks
and repair as needed.
Replace PMT or Cooler.
Replace Pre-amp PCB or
Amplifier PCB.
Reduce sample concentration,
or amplifier gain.
Replace gas supply.
Clean or replace Pyrotube.
Ensure furnace temperature
and gas flows are correct.
Replace UV Lamp.
Replace PMT.
