Detector AC Power Breaker is
tripped
Blown Fuse
No power to Detector fan
Defective fan motor or cable
Invalid or no setpoint
programmed for pyrotube
heater
Loose or broken high-temp
power cable
Power Fuse open
Corrective Action
Switch External Power Switch
to ON. Use AC voltmeter to
check that line voltage is
supplied to the analyzer power
input terminal block. Refer to
drawing for location.
Replace power supply or
cable.
Replace UV Power Fuse.
Ensure Power Supply cable is
plugged in at both ends.
Replace Main Power Supply
or cable.
Replace PCB.
Replace power supply or cable
if output is not as specified.
Ensure UV Power Supply
cable is plugged in.
Reset AC Power Breaker.
Replace Fuse.
Replace supply or cable if
output is not as specified.
Replace fan motor or cable if
output is not as specified.
Ensure proper value is
programmed for pyrotube
heater. Check temperature
controller set points. Reset to
factory settings if necessary.
Realign or reattach loose
power cable.
Replace fuse.
