POSSIBLE ELECTRIC HAZARD!
DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY COULD OCCUR IF NOT AVOIDED.
Electrical shock and equipment damage or failure may result due to improper
safety grounding. Without a proper equipment ground, for example a broken or
faulty grounding conductor, all normally grounded conductors and surfaces
may become energized and potentially hazardous.
HOW TO PROCEED: Avoid possible hazard by ensuring all grounds are
properly grounded. Ensure that the green safety ground wire from the power
input cable and all other ground wires are securely fastened to the ground
terminal screw on the chassis, following figure.
