Solution
• Use an appropriate detergent for the
washing machine and your laundry. Store
closed detergents in a humidity-free
environment and avoid exposing them to
excessive temperatures.
• If detergent is introduced into the prewash
compartment although the prewash cycle
is not selected, the machine may take this
detergent during the rinse or softener
phase. Put the detergent in the
appropriate compartment.
• Check the filter.
• Check the drain hose.
