cause
The door lock is activated due to the
water level in the machine.
The machine is heating the water or is in
the spin cycle.
The loading door must be blocked
because of the pressure it is under.
If there is no power supply, the
loading door of the device does not
open.
The water pressure is low.
The voltage is low.
Water inlet temperature is low.
The number of rinses and/or the amount of
rinse water has increased.
Too much suds have formed and the
automatic suds absorption system has
been activated due to excessive
detergent use.
The timer may stop while drawing
water.
The timer could stop during the
heating phase.

spin phase.
The machine may contain an
unbalanced load.
Solution
• Drain the water from the machine by
running the Pump or Spin programme.
• Wait for the program to complete.
• Grasp the handle, push and pull the
loading door, then release it and open it.
• To open the loading door, open
the pump filter cap and push the
emergency handle on the back of
the cap. Refer to the "Loading
door lock" section
• The machine waits until an adequate
amount of water is drawn in order to
avoid poor quality washing due to low
water quantity. This is the reason why
the washing time is prolonged.
• The washing time is extended to
avoid poor washing results when the
power supply voltage is low.
• The time required for water heating
is extended during cold seasons.
Furthermore, the washing time can
be extended to avoid poor washing
results.
• The machine increases the
amount of rinse water when a
good rinse is needed and adds an
extra rinse step if needed.
• Use the recommended amount
of detergent.
• The timer indicator will not count
down until the machine takes in an
