Solution
• An unbalanced load automatic
detection system is activated due to
uneven distribution of laundry in
the drum.
• Check the filter and the drain hose.
• Use the recommended amount
of detergent.

• Select the appropriate temperature for the laundry
to be washed.
• If the water hardness is high, using an
insufficient amount of detergent may cause
the laundry to take on a gray color over time.
