"Invalid" CBE Equation :
To not programm any equation for a device it is enough to press the key ENTER when, during the
programming, the equation is requested.
In this case :
if the device is a detector or an input module, the control panel will activate only the general visual and
sonorous indications (alarm LED on the frontal, general alarm RELE', BUZZER and any output modules
programmed for general signals with the TYPE ID software).
If the device is an output module, this output will never be activated unless if it is programmed with TYPE ID
software for general signals.
NOTE: for the output modules, the control panel not allow the programming of an equation if the
module has a TYPE ID for the general signals.
Users to be used in the control by event equation :
Is the user who need at least AN ACTIVE operand.
Example: the equation of a CMX-2 module is: OR (G9 G15 G23).
If any of the 3 operands of this equation (G9 G15 G23) is in alarm, the CMX-2 will be activated:
- IF the software group 9 is in alarm, or
- IF the software group15 is in alarm, or
- IF the softwaregroup 23 is in alarm
- THEN this CMX-2 will be activated.
Is the user who need that EVERY operand is ACTIVE
Example: the equation of a CMX-2 module is: AND (G9 G15 G23).
Only if any of the 3 operands of this equation are in alarm the CMX-2 will be activated:
- IF the software group 9 is in alarm, and
- IF the software group15 is in alarm, and
