When a module is excluded the control
panel can not receive the alarm and trouble
signal from it.
When a zone is excluded the control panel can not
receive the alarm and trouble signal from all the
points belonging to it.
This function allow the exclusion of the Siren
output (CN0-11 and CN0-12 on the main
board) for all the programmed Type ID "Horn"
output modules.
