Tips for cooking with the microwave

¡ Use the glass tray and the steam container to steam
food.
¡ Use the portion sizes listed in the settings table. The
cooking time is reduced for smaller pieces and in-
creased for larger ones.
¡ The cooking time is also influenced by the quality
and age of the food. The settings indicated are
therefore intended as a guide only.
¡ Always distribute the food evenly in the cookware. It
