(1) The contact output module requires externally supplied 24 VDC relay driving
power. (Refer to the I/O Module Individual Specification.)
(2) The contact output module does not contain any overcurrent protection fuse.
Be sure to install a fuse outside that is appropriate for the load current.
Note that unless it is not protected with the fuse, the pattern of the module
may burn, for example, when the load is short-circuited.

(3) The contact output module does not contain any surge absorbing element.
Thus, when you are to connect an inductive load to it, be sure to install the
surge absorbing element in parallel to the load. For selecting the surge
absorbing element, see the sections (in this manual) of the note on applying
the DC output module and the note on applying the AC output module.
