Output signal check
If the actual output device operation is abnormal even though the program outputs
correctly to the register or device, perform the following to prepare for confirmation.:
(1) Save the programs into USB memory or other media.
(2) Clear the controller module memory.
Then, check the following items in order:
Turn on the equipment and run I/O
assignment.
Write only MOVE instruction to I/O
output and RUN.
Turn ON and OFF the I/O output
using MOVE instruction. Is output
module LED turned ON and OFF?
YES
Is output module's external supply
voltage normal?
YES
Is fuse unblown? (If unblown, go
below.)
YES

Remark
 If the fuse has blown out, be sure to examine and eliminate the cause. If you replace the fuse
without eliminating the cause and then turn on the power again, destruction of the module
may proceed. If you cannot identify the cause of blowout, consult with our company with the
module as it is.
