6.5 Manutenzione
Prima di effettuare le operazioni di manutenzione, il
Tecnico deve munirsi di mezzi idonei alla protezione
individuale.
6.5.1 Manutenzione ordinaria
La Manutenzione ordinaria programmata, comprende ispe-
zioni, controlli e interventi che, per prevenire fermate e
guasti, tengono sotto controllo sistematico lo stato delle
parti soggette ad usura
Le operazione di seguito descritte, sono da eseguirsi
con le modalità indicate. Il mancato rispetto di quanto
richiesto, esonera il Costruttore da qualunque respon-
sabilità agli effetti della Garanzia .
Tali operazioni, seppur semplici, devono essere eseguite
da Personale Qualificato
Se si utilizza del film che tende a sporcare molto (in gene-
re tutti i tipi di polietilene), verificare lo stato della lama (2).
Se risulta sporca, procedere come segue:
•
Eseguire due cicli di saldatura a vuoto per far si che la
lama si scaldi;
•
Usare DELICATAMENTE lo spazzolino in ottone che
viene fornito in dotazione, per pulire la lama
•
Passare, con uno straccio o un pennellino, il grasso in
teflon LADY PACK.
Si consiglia di controllare spesso lo stato della guar-
nizione al teflon (1) posta nella parte inferiore della
campana. Se dovesse risultare danneggiata occorre
effettuare un controllo più approfondito di tutto il si-
stema di isolamento ed eventualmente sostituire le
parti danneggiate.

6.5 Maintenance
Before effecting the maintenance operations, the
Technician must protect itself with an adequate
individual protection equipment.
6.5.1 Ordinary Maintenance
The ordinary programmed Maintenance, involves inspections,
controls and interventions. This is to prevent stops and
breakdowns, keeping under control the state of usury of the
main parts that are used to get ruined by the use.
The following operation must be performed as
described. The non respect of them, exonerates the
Builder from any responsibility to the effects of the
warrantee.
These operations, even though easy, must be performed
by Qualified Personnel
If you are using film that produces dirty (generally all the
types of polyethylene), verify the state of the blade (2). It
results dirty, proceed like the following:
•
Perform two sealing cycles until the blade gets warm;
•
GENTLY Use the brass brush in that comes supplied
in the first spare parts kit, to clean the blade
•
Spend, with a rag or a paint brush the LADY PACK
teflon grease.
We suggest to often check the state of the teflon tape
(1) in the lower part of the sealing arm. If it seems
damaged, you need to effect a deepened control of all
the isolation system of and eventually replace the
damaged parts.
