5.5 Messa in funzione
Prima di avviare la macchina è necessario effettuare
tutti i controlli preliminari sulla macchina (Par.5.2-5.3),
ed essere a conoscenza delle norme di sicurezza de-
scritte nel Cap.3.
•
Accendere la macchina ruotando l'interruttore genera-
le (5) sulla posizione -1-.
•
Ruotare il potenziometro (1) fino alla visualizzazione
della temperatura desiderata; successivamente atten-
dere 15-20 minuti circa per il raggiungimento della tem-
peratura. Il sistema innovativo adottato sulla IR550 per-
mette di mantenere la temperatura costante per tutta
la giornata senza la necessità di soste per inefficienze
del sistema.
•
Regolare il potenziometro (2) in modo da ottenere una
saldatura ottimale.
•
Regolare il potenziometro (3), in funzione del film uti-
lizzato, per ottenere una termoretrazione ottimale.
•
Selezionare il ciclo di lavoro appropriato mediante il
selettore (4) (Vedi par.5.6).
5.6 Modi di funzionamento

Le modalità di funzionamento sono solo esclusivamente
manuali in quanto la macchina non prevede un funziona-
mento di tipo automatico senza l'ausilio di personale.
Le posizioni di lavoro sono quelle rappresentate nella Fi-
gura.

Before start the machine it is necessary effect all the
preliminary controls on it (Par.5.2-5.3), and be aware
of the safety roles described in Cap.3.
•
Light on the machine rotating the general main switch
(5) on the position- 1-.
•
Rotate the potentiometer (1) up to the visualisation of
the desired temperature; then wait for about 15-20
minutes to reach the temperature. The innovative
system adopted on the IR550 allows to keep the tem-
perature constant all day long without standstills for
ineffectiveness of the system.
•
Adjust the potentiometer (2) in way to get a very good
sealing.
•
Adjust the potentiometer (3), in way to get a very good
shrinking.
•
Select the cycle of appropriate job by means of the
selector (4) (See par.5.6).
5.6 Operation ways

The ways of operating are exclusively manuals; as the
machine doesn't foresee an operation mode without the
aid of people.
