5.3 Preliminari di avviamento
La macchina IR550 deve essere regolata in funzione
del prodotto che di desidera confezionare. Tali
regolazioni sono da considerarsi di notevole impor-
tanza per ottenere un confezionamento ottimale in tempi
ridotti.
5.3.1 Installazione Bobina

Prima di procedere con le opportune regolazioni è neces-
sario installare la bobina di film termoretraibile (Vedi dati
tecnici per le dimensioni) sull'asta presente nella parte
inferiore del carrello ove è situato il gruppo inserimento
prodotto. Per installare la bobina procedere come segue:
•
Estrarre l'asta dalla sede;
•
Allentare un solo fermo e sfilarlo dall'asta;
•
Inserire la bobina nell'asta;
•
Successivamente provvedere a reinserire il fermo ri-
mosso in precedenza nell'asta;
•
Allentando anche l'altro fermo, presente sull'asta, cen-
trare la bobina nell'asta stessa;
•
Fissare i due cunei;
•
Inserire l'asta nell'alloggiamento previsto.
Successivamente è necessario fare eseguire al film il per-
corso indicato in figura al fine di rendere più agevole il
lavoro.
Attenzione al perforatore
Giunti al piano di inserimento prodotto occorre separare
le due pellicole che compongono il film:
•
La pellicola inferiore deve scorrere nella parte inferiore
del piano (1);
•
La pellicola superiore deve scorrere nella parte supe-
riore del piano (1) ove verrà successivamente inserito
il prodotto da confezionare.
È vietato installare bobine di film non compatibili con
la lavorazione che si sta eseguendo e/o con la tipologia
di macchina indicata nel presente manuale.

5.3 Preliminary of starting
The machine IR550 must be adjusted in accordance
to the product that have to be packed.
These adjustments must be considered very important
for get an optimal packaging quickly.
5.3.1 Installation Spool

Before proceeding with the real regulations it is necessary
to install a shrink wrapping film roller (See technical data
for the dimensions) on the lower shaft bar placed on the
lower part of the film trolley. To install the film roller proceed
as per the following:
•
Remove the shaft bar from its seat;
•
Loosen one of the two plastic stop block and take it
away from the shaft;
•
Insert the film roller in the shaft bar;
•
Subsequently provide to fit again the plastic stop
(removed before) inside the shaft bar;
•
Loosening also the other plastic stop and centre the
film roller in the shaft bar;
•
Now fix the two plastic blocks;
•
Insert the shaft in its seat.
Subsequently it is necessary to let film running though
the rollers like pointed out in figure.
Attention to the microperforator.
While on the product support plate, it is necessary to se-
parate the two films that compose the film:
•
the inferior film must flow in the lower part of the product
support plate (1);
•
the superior film must flow in the upper part of the
product support plate (1) where subsequently will be
inserted the product to be packed.
It is forbidden the installation of not compatible films
with the working that is being performed and/ or with
the kind of machine pointed out in the manual present.
