Procedure

1. Using the alignment posts, place the I/O board on the palm-rest assembly and snap the I/O board into place.
2. Slide the I/O-board cable into the connector on the I/O board and close the latch to secure the cable.

Post-requisites

1. Replace the
hard
drive.
2. Replace the
base
cover.
3. Replace the keyboard.
4. Replace the
optical
drive.
5. Replace the battery.
