a) Set the thermostat dial to maximum and the power dial to '3' for fast warm
up of a room. Once the temperature of the room is comfortable, turn it
down to middle or lower setting to reduce electrical consumption and to
prevent the room from becoming too warm. When the set thermostat level
is reached, the unit will automatically switch off. Once the temperature has
fallen below the set level, the heater will switch on again.
b) The pilot light will allow you to check the thermostatic regulation. When the
appliance is heating, this pilot light will be on. It will go out when the desired
temperature is reached.
c) Before removing the plug from the socket, turn the rotary switch to '0'.
3. Air outlet angle can be adjusted by hand up to 16°.

OVERHEAT PROTECTION

This heater is protected with an overheat protection that switches off the ap-
pliance automatically in case of overheating. For example: in the case of total
or partial obstruction of the vents, unplug the appliance, wait about 30 minutes
for it to cool and remove the object which is obstructing the vents. Then switch
it back on as described above. The appliance should now operate normally.

WALL INSTALLATION

Drill two holes in the wall both at a distance of 14cm apart and at least 1.8m
from the ground (the supplied wall fi xings are for brick walls; for other wall
types, please consult your local hardware store): the diameter of the holes
should just tightly contain the plastic wall plug. When the wall plugs are se-
curely in the wall, screw the provided screws into the wall plugs. If you are
satisfi ed that the screws will now hold the weight of the heater, hang the heater
on the screws.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Before undertaking any cleaning or maintenance on the appliance, discon-
nect it from the power supply and allow the heater to cool down before
cleaning it.
For cleaning it is recommended to use a soft moist rag and neutral deter-
gent. Do not use an abrasive cloth or devices which could affect the ap-
