DESCRIPTION AND NOTES
It must verify that the leaf from the floor has an height between 3 and 10 mm and the air between leaf and frame
has to be uniform. On the contrary, make the regulation on the hinges: take out the hinges covers, unscrew the
screws until the regulation has done.
The handle must have a modest game on its axis. It must roll free and have an correct return to guarantee the
movement of the latch.
The lock must be clean from dust and paint. The latch must re-enter easily and find place in the frame without
obstacles. With closed door, the space between leaf and frame has less millimiters.
When you close the leaves from an opening of 60°, they must close. If not, check the tension of the spring or
regulate the door closer. Check the arm closing selector and its screws.
The door closer permits a better regulation of the closing leaf by spring. Usually you regulate the power of closing
in the final phase. You regulate the speed of closing by handling its screw

lodging is clear
The leaves and the frame must have no deformation, no corrosion, no perforations.
The hinges are dismounted and easy to check. If not in good condition, black dust comes out from them. A bad
condition of bearings causes a bad regulation in closing.
Dismount the lock and check it. Verify bad entering of the latch.
The thermal gasket on the floor can be taken out accidentally.
The accessories for tire proof doors must be bought from specialised dealers. No responsibility in case of
improper applications.
Windows must be mount with its frame. Bubbles or halos are consequence of direct sun light or UV light or
humidity from borders. Visual defects of small entity do not involve obvious reductions of the performances.
