DC rectifier continuity inspection

Disconnect the rectifier
Connect the pocket tester (
Check for continuity at the following points:
Pocket tester connecting point
(+) Red (–) Black
White terminal 2 Blue terminal 4
Blue terminal 4 White terminal 2 NO
White terminal 2 Blue terminal 5
Blue terminal 5 White terminal 2 NO
Black terminal 3 Blue terminal 4
Blue terminal 4 Black terminal 3 YES
Black terminal 3 Blue terminal 5
Blue terminal 5 Black terminal 3 YES

CONTINUITY
Wire harness inspection
Check the terminal of the connector for contami-
nation or rust, and the connector for proper con-
nection.
