    Tip Selection Tip Selection Selecting Tip Hole Size Tips come in a variety of hole sizes for spraying a range of fluids. Your Zip Spray sprayer includes the tip most likely to satisfy common spraying applications. Use the tables below to determine the range of recommended tip hole sizes for each fluid type.

    Operation Note: Inspect fittings for leaks. Do not stop leaks with your hand or a rag! If leaks occur, turn sprayer OFF immediately. Follow Pressure Relief Procedure, page 6. Tighten leaky fittings. Repeat Startup, steps 1-8. If no leaks, continue to trigger gun until system is thoroughly flushed.
