TOOLS NEEDED:

• 9/16" Open-end or box-end wrench
• Ratchet with 9/16" socket
• 18 Volt (or higher) driver with No. 3
Phillips head bit

BENCH COMPONENTS:

(2) Bench Supports (1 or 2) Seat Braces
ASSEMBLY HARDWARE: All hardware is stainless steel.

ASSEMBLY:
The assembly is a two-person operation.
1. Inspect the shipping container contents for damage and to
determine that all components and hardware are present.
NOTE: Before assembling the nuts to the bolts, it is
recommended that a light oil or petroleum jelly be applied
to the screw threads.
2. Locate the two bench supports and place them the
approximate distance of the seat on the packaging
cardboard or other soft surface to avoid scratching the
product.
3. Locate the seat support and position it between the two
bench supports. Orient the seat support with the open side
facing downward. Hold the seat support so that the side
mounting holes in the support match up with the mounting
holes in the bench support. Place a 3/8" flat washer on one
of the 3/8"-16 X 1 1/4" hex head bolts and insert the bolt
through the bench support and the seat support. Put a
3/8" flat washer and 3/8"-16 hex nut on the end of the bolt
and tighten finger tight. Repeat this step for both sides of
the seat. Leave the hardware finger tight so adjustments
can be made during assembly.
