D) Rack confi guration
In the CONFIGURATION menu, browse through the items and select 'set>RACK CONFIG'.
From here it is possible to confi gure all the basic settings of the system.

Set unit with keys Confi guration of the keys of the stations
In an emergency system with VAIE 7M00 control units, it is possible to connect up to four remote emergency units: click
on 'Change' to set the unit type:
1 key unit = single zone unit (FMD 2001)
12 key unit = 12-zone unit (FMD 2012)
Then press 'Edit Key' to confi gure each key (see Emergency units on page 37).
By pressing 'Set unit with touch screen', the screen page on which it is possible to confi rm the presence or otherwise of
TSC6000-EN stations connected to the VAIE will appear.
VAIE 7M00
On the 'System confi guration' screen page, use the [ + ] and [ – ] keys to set the
following:
Rack address: ID address of the VAIE (from 0 to 5).
System racks: number of VAIEs present in the system (6 at most).
Spare amplifi ers: standby amplifi er (add or remove).
The item 'Rack amplifi ers' automatically shows the number of amplifi ers present in
the system.
On the 'Emerg. unit model' screen page, use the sub-menus to set the
confi guration of the emergency units.
