Start-up, calibration and operation of the burner

7.1

Notes on safety for the first start-up

The first start-up of the burner must be carried out
by qualified personnel, as indicated in this manual
and in compliance with the standards and
regulations of the laws in force.

7.2

Adjustments prior to ignition

The optimum calibration of the burner requires an analysis of the
flue gases at the boiler outlet and interventions on the following
points.
7.3

Combustion head adjustment

On the base of the maximum delivery detect, from diagram
(Fig. 15), the combustion head adjustment.
The adjustment should be made by turning the screw A (Fig. 16)
till the set-point (Fig. 15) is on the line with the washer B (Fig. 16).
Start-up, calibration and operation of the burner
Check the correct working of the adjustment,
command and safety devices.
