Error code E525H on the Truma Combi D4E indicates a failure of the boiler to ignite, resulting in no heat or hot water. This can occur regardless of whether the power source is gas, electric, or mixed.

A known cause is that the gas supply to the boiler is blocked, often due to the boiler's gas manifold tap being in the closed position, even if it appears open. To resolve the issue:

1. Check the gas bottle, regulator, and connections to confirm gas supply is available.
2. Inspect the gas manifold taps, especially the one for the boiler.
3. Ensure the tap icon is correctly aligned—if it is upside down, the gas may still be off even if it looks open.
4. Rotate the gas tap 180 degrees to fully open it.

After correcting the gas supply, the boiler should ignite and the error should clear.

The E6H error code on the Truma Combi 4E indicates a problem related to combustion air infeed or exhaust. This may involve a blockage or failure in the air intake or exhaust system, the motor, or the control board.

I have a combi 6e heater/water heater.the other functions work fine but my water heater has air in it and therefore does not heat correctly. The water heater words as it should do on electric. I have tried turning on the taps many times until the flow is correct but when I switch them off and on again in a few minutes the spluttering starts again.

Occasionally getting E119H code on furnace and don’t see that code in the manual. I press the button on the control panel and seems to clear and start working again. Usually happens once a night.

I had to replace the control panel on my truma combi in my 2020 Winnebago Boldt KL. Now I can not get the screen to the main menu to run the unit. It simply stays in the maintenance screen no matter what I do.

Description & Technical Data With more than 20 years of reliable service in Europe and Australia, Truma Combi furnaces are the most energy-efficient and lightest heating systems on the market. Truma Combi heaters combine two functions in one appliance. They warm the living area and heat water in the integrated stainless steel tank.

Connected to the Combi PCB by a wiring harness. At 77⁰F (25⁰C), the Room Air Temperature Sensor should register approximately 10K Ω. X10 and X11 wire harness connection points at Combi PCB from RTS are not polarity sensitive.
