9.3.8 Inspection of water quality detection function
When the power is turned on, in the presence of water, short-circuit the two probes of the water quality probe with
a conductor (such as tweezers, scissors, etc.) and wait a few seconds. If there is no reminder that the water value
exceeds the limit, contact the supplier to inform the fault.
9.3.9 Check the outer surface of the power cord for damage, if any, contact the supplier for replacement.
9.3.10 Button battery check
Check the date and time on the main interface after booting. If the date and time are very different, the button
battery may be dead and need to be replaced.
9.3.11Leakage test
Run the vacuum test procedure on the empty pot to see if the result is qualified. If it fails, please contact the supplier
or supplier representative.
The test results may be inaccurate when the sterilization room is hot or not dry, and must be tested
when the sterilization room is cold and dry.
9.3.12 Bacteria filter replacement
See section 1.4 for the location of the bacteria filter.
Rotate the bacterial filter counterclockwise to take it out, take a new one and screw it clockwise.
9.3.13 Door Seal replacement
After unscrewing the four screws shown in the figure below; pull the edge of the seal ring to pull out the entire seal
ring.
Take a new sealing ring, first insert the sealing ring into the grooves at the four positions of up, down, left, and right
as shown in the figure below. After softening, press the remaining part into the sealing groove at a time, and then
insert the cover plate and tighten the four screws.
