! CAUTION: Due to inertia, the burnisher wheel will keep turning for 3-5
seconds CAUTION after the switch has been released. Always allow the
burnisher to come to a complete stop before resting.
Processing flat surfaces (Fig. 4)
• Hold the electrical tool with both hands, one hand on the trigger and
another on the auxiliary handle for balance and pressure.
•Select the speed required by the burnisher attachment. If the attachment
has a range of speeds, it is recommended to start with the lowest speed
and increase as needed. Too high a speed on first contact may result in
discolouration from friction heat.
• Press the trigger and allow the tool to reach the speed chosen.
• Gently place the burnisher head onto the workpiece and move in a forward
and back
direction. Never sideways. Check the workpiece continually to monitor the
finish
• Once complete turn the tool off and allow the wheel to come to a complete
stop before resting.

Maintenance and Cleaning Instructions

Disconnect the power supply plug before performing any work in the electrical
equipment.
CLEANING
Conducting dust may be deposited inside the casing when processing metals.
This may have an influence on the protection insulation!
Start the machine using a differential circuit breaker
(maximum operating current 30 mA)
Regularly clean the equipment and the ventilation slits.
Cleaning frequency will depend on the material and the intensity of use.
Periodically clean the lower part of the casing and the motor with dry
compressed air.

Handling and Storage

Care must be taken when handling this product. Dropping this power tool
could have an effect on its accuracy and could also result in personal injury.
This product is not a toy and must be respected. Environmental conditions
can have a detrimental effect on this product if neglected. Exposure to damp
air can gradually corrode components. If the product is unprotected from dust
and debris, components will become clogged. If not cleaned and maintained
correctly or regularly the machine will not perform at its best.

At the end of the tool's working life or when it can no longer be repaired,
ensure that it is disposed of according to national regulations. Contact
your local authority for details of collection schemes in your area. In all
circumstances:
• DO NOT dispose of power tools with domestic waste.
