OPERATION

Mounting of accessories
Always disconnect the plug before attaching any accessories on your polisher.
Press sponge pad E onto VELCRO polishing disc D.
To remove accessories follow the procedure in reverse.
Before using the tool
• Make sure that the accessory is correctly mounted and firmly tightened.
• Check that the accessory runs freely by turning it by hand.
• Test run the tool for at least 30 seconds at highest no-load speed in a safe position.
• Stop immediately in case of considerable vibration or other defects and check tool to determine the cause.
Starting the tool
• Switch the tool ON/OFF by pulling/releasing trigger C.
The tool is equipped with an electronic soft-start system, that ensures reaching the maximum speed smoothly without a sudden impact when tool is switched
on.
Switch locking for continuous use
• Pull trigger C.
• Press knob B with your thumb.
• Unlock the switch by pulling again trigger C and then releasing it.
Speed control
With wheel A the maximum speed can be adjusted from low to high (MIN - 6).
• Start with wheel A in position MIN (lower speed).
• If needed, select a higher speed while the tool runs.
The optimal working speed depends on the material and can be determined with practical trials.
Operating the tool
• Switch on the tool first, then place the tool fully on the surface to be polished and move it evenly in sections.
• Before switching off the tool, you should lift it from the workpiece.
• The accessory continues to rotate for a short time after the tool has been switched off.
Holding and guiding the tool
• Always hold the tool firmly with both hands, so you will have full control of the tool at all times. Ensure a secure grip.
• Do not put too much pressure on the tool to prevent it from coming to a standstill.
• Always keep ventilation slots F uncovered.
While working, always hold the tool by its non-slip surfaces.

MAINTENANCE

• Protect the tool from accidental drops, impact and dirt/ grease.
• Always keep tool and cord clean (especially ventilation slots F).
Always disconnect the plug before cleaning.
Do not attempt to clean ventilation slots by inserting pointed objects through openings.

ENVIRONMENTAL DISPOSAL

In order to avoid damages on transportation, the tool has to be delivered in solid packaging. Packaging as well as the unit and accessories are made of
recyclable materials and can be disposed accordingly. The tool's plastics components are marked according to their material, which makes it possible to remove
environmental friendly and differentiated because of available collection facilities.

Do not dispose of electric tools together with household waste material!
In observance of European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in accordance with
national law, electric tools that have reached the end of their life must be collected separately and returned to an environmentally compatible
recycling facility.
