FUEL GAUGE
METERS
SPEEDOMETER
The speedometer shows the traveling
speed (km/h) in forward and reverse travel.
FUEL GAUGE
The fuel gauge indicates the fuel level in
the fuel tank. The mark "F" means that the
tank is "full"; "E" means that the tank is
"empty". If the pointer comes close to the "E"
mark, add fuel as soon as possible.
NOTE
• For checking fuel level, park the truck
on a level surface; otherwise you
cannot get the correct fuel level.
• Add fuel before the fuel level drops to
the minimum, to avoid the entrance of
air into the fuel system.

COOLING WATER TEMPERATURE GAUGE
This gauge indicates the temperature of the
cooling water. Under the normal operating
condition, the pointer stays in the green
range. If the pointer indicates the white
range, warm up the engine until the pointer
registers the green range.
If the pointer enters the red range, stop the
truck immediately, let the engine run at low
rpm to cool it down, and check the engine
for overheating.
NOTE
• Do not shut off the engine even if the
pointer enters the red range; otherwise
the engine might cause malfunction.

overheated engine, see page 3-12.
BRAKE AIR PRESSURE GAUGE
HOUR METER
BRAKE AIR PRESSURE GAUGE
This gauge indicates the air pressure in the
brake air tank. Under the normal operating
condition, the pointer is in the green range
after the starter switch is turned "ON".
If the pointer registers the red range, check
the brake system. The gauge does not
indicates the correct air pressure when the
starter switch is turned "OFF". Make sure to
turn "ON" the starter switch when checking
the brake air pressure.
HOUR METER
The hour meter operates only while the
starter switch is "ON", and records total
operating time of the truck in hour and tenth
of an hour (6 minutes). Use it to determine
maintenance schedule.
