SHIFT HOLD SELECTION SWITCH
Lock the speed range of the transmission to
the 1st or 2nd speed.
Use this switch when using engine braking
in descending a grade
1: Lock to 1st speed.
2: Lock to 2nd speed.
D: Release the lock (to automatic mode)
NOTE
Make sure to lock the transmission
into the 1st or 2nd speed range when
descending a grade.

CAUTION
The parking brake will be automatically
applied as an emergency brake when
the brake air pressure drops below
0.20 MPa (2.0 kgf/cm2). Do not move
the truck until the brake system is
remedied.
M a k e s u r e t h e t r u c k h a s c o m e t o a
complete stop and press the "P" of this
switch to apply the parking brake. Do not
press the "P" part of the switch while the
truck is moving. Before starting the truck,
press the "OFF" of the switch and make
sure the parking brake indicating lamp goes
out.

Press "POW" to select the power mode.
The transmission will automatically shift
from the 1st, 2nd and to 3rd speed.
Press "ECO" to select the economy mode.
The transmission will automatically shift
from the 2nd to 3rd speed.
