Slowly turn the handwheel of the sewing machine in the normal direction by hand at the section
where outer hook 5 covers hole 2 of the inner hook and adjust the position of the sensor installing
base so that the maximum quantity of light value of the sensor amplifi er is 100 to 160.

Check that the minimum quantity of light value of the sensor amplifi er is 400 or more at the section
where outer hook 5 does not cover hole 2 of the inner hook.

If the minimum quantity of light value is not 400 or more, adjust again the position of the sensor
installing base so that the maximum quantity of light value in the step 5) is increased a little in the
range of 100 to 160, and check the step 6).

1) ファイバーセンサのレンズ 1 が中釜の穴 2

の方向を向くようにセンサ取付台 3 の位置
を調整し、取付ねじ 4 にて仮止めします。

2) 糸が巻かれていない検知用ボビン 5 を用意し、
ボビンの平面部 6 （反射面）が中釜の穴 2 の
方向を向くようにして、中釜にセットします。
3) ミシンの電源をＯＮにします。

Turn ON the power of the sewing machine.
4) 外釜 7 が中釜の穴 2 を塞ぐ区間「Ａ」でミシ
ンのはずみ車を手でゆっくりと正転方向に回し、
センサアンプの光量値 8 を確認します。区間内
の最大光量値が 150 以下となるようにセンサ
取付台の位置を調整し、 仮止めします。 このとき、
区間「Ａ」内でセンサアンプのＬＥＤ 9 が常に
点灯していることを確認してください。

hook and check quantity of light value 8 of the
sensor amplifi er. Adjust the position of the sensor
installing base so that the maximum quantity
of light value in the section is 150 or less and
temporarily install the sensor installing base.
At this time, confi rm that LED 9 of the sensor
amplifi er always lights up in section "A".
