9) Insert black adapter !4 into inserting hole A and gray adapter !5 into inserting hole B .
Caution : Attach the sensor amplifi er so that the fi ber sensor is not bent.If it is bent, failure of
detection will be caused. In addition,if an extra load is forcibly applied or a shock is
given to the fi ber sensor, breakage will be caused. So, be careful.
10） ロックレバー !7 を戻し、ケースカバー !6 を閉めます。

7) センサ保護チューブ !2 の引き回しをします。
・ AE-9/AE-16 の場合は、センサ保護チューブ !2
が押上げシリンダーを囲むようにぐるりと引き回
します。

in such a way that it encircles the presser lifting
cylinder.
・ AE-12/AE-17 の場合は、 センサ保護チューブ !2
が 2P シリンダーの駆動部の間を縫うように引
き回します。
• For the AE-12/-17, route sensor protection tube !2
in such a way that it passes between the driving

sections of 2P cylinder.
8) センサアンプのケースカバー !6 を開き、ロッ
クレバー !7 をセンサ挿入穴 !8 側に倒します。
8) Open case cover !6 of the sensor amplifi er and
tilt lock lever !7 on sensor inserting hole !8 side.

9) 黒色アダプタ !4 を挿入穴 A に、灰色アダプ
タ !5 を挿入穴 B に挿入します。
注意： ファイバーセンサが曲がらないように取付

けてください。曲がっていると誤検知の原
因になります。また無理な力を加えたり、
衝撃を与えると破損の原因となりますので
注意してください。
