Problem: Upgrade Firmware via Web Browser Interface

This techno knowledge paper can help you if:
 This TKP will help you upgrade device products with web browser capable firmware upgrade.

Confirm firmware version prior to testing.(Visible on unit's LCD)
To view firmware version, press Comfort/Test Mode button till you get to the Test Menu, press Dwn
repeatedly until you get to the Stats Page. Press Sel to get to Firmware, press Sel to see current
firmware version. If you need updated firmware, go to
to download it. Once downloaded, follow the steps below to update your HVAC Controller.
To upgrade firmware, you will need a PC and a LAN cable.
Change your laptop IP settings to be on the same subnet as the device.
Device
IP: 192.168.0.12
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
 Bring up the web browser interface of your device by opening a browser on your PC, such as
Internet Explorer, and type the IP address of your device in the address bar.
 Click enter to bring up the theWeb Browser login prompt.
 Use the Web Browser login credentials from the above table to log in to the device.
