Do not use the device if it is visibly damaged!
Attach flexible cables to the housing with the enclosed strain relief and the cor-
responding screws.
The device is supplied with power via a mains cable. The supply voltage must be
100 – 240 V~ (50 – 60 Hz).
Connect the signal cable from the controller to the input marked PWM / 10 V / 20
mA In (terminals 1 / 2).
If the signal cable carries low voltage (On / Off
phase control, trailing edge phase control) connect the cable to the low voltage
input of the device:
R In N max. 240 V (7) = neutral conductor N from the controller
R In L max. 240 V (8) = 230 V control signal from the controller (conductor L)
Note:
The corresponding input signal type has also to be adjusted by means of the
selector switch (see chap. 3.1).
ATTENTION!
Malfunction!
Pumps with line break detection run with minimum speed if the
control signal is 0 V.
Î Do not operate pumps with line break detection by
a 0-10 V signal!

Connect the blue wire of the signal cable of the pump to GND (3). Depending on
the signal type, connect the brown wire to one of the following terminals:
10 V Out (4)
= 0-10 V control signal for the HE pump
PWM Out (5) = PWM control signal for the HE pump (via DIP switch 2 invertible)
20 mA Out (6) = 0-20 mA control signal for the HE pump (via DIP switch 4 con-
vertible to 4-20 mA, via DIP switch 2 invertible)
Power supply for the pump, connect the cable to the R Out relay output:
N (11)
= neutral conductor N pump (blue)
R Out L (9)
= 230 V power supply of the pump via the relay output (brown)
⏚ (12 / 13)
= PE conductor pump (yellow/green)
The power supply of the pump can also take place directly via the 230 V mains
voltage.
The mains connection of the device is at the following terminals:
N (14)
= neutral conductor N (blue)
L (15)
= conductor L (brown or black)
⏚ (12 / 13)
= PE conductor (yellow/green)
L' (10)
= conductor L' (L' not connected with the mains cable. L' is a
fused contact permanently carrying voltage)
WARNING!
Electric shock!
L' is a fused contact permanently carrying voltage.
Î Always disconnect the controller from power supply
before opening the housing!
Attach flexible cables to the housing with the en-
closed strain relief and the corresponding screws.
