Use
Making Cookies
1. Unscrew the fixing ring (9) by carefully
twisting it anticlockwise and pull it straight
out. Then put in one of the 10 patterned discs
(5) in the bottom of the fixing ring. Make sure
to twist the discs in the right direction so the
dough is cut properly. Screw the fixing ring
back on the holder (8) by twisting it clockwise
until it sits firmly.
2. Push in lock button (2) and pull the feeder bar

the whole way out. Unscrew the holder (8)
from the handle (3) by twisting it a quarter turn

anticlockwise.
3. Prepare a dough which is firm and smooth. A
dough which is too hard is difficult to press

through the patterned discs.
4. Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes
before it is to be used in the cookie gun. This
will make it firm and smooth. Then roll the
dough into the shape of a sausage suitable for
fitting the cookie gun's holder.
5. Screw the holder back on the handle. Push in
the lock button (2) and push the draw-handle
(1) slowly inward until you feel that you have
met the dough.
6. Move the cookie gun over the baking sheet
and push the trigger (4) once or several times
to press out the contents into a cookie. Release
the trigger and push it in again for a new
cookie. Continue until the content is finished
and fill with more if needed.
Remarks. If the dough doesn't come out, or if the lock button
does not return to its position after pushing the trigger, this could
mean that the dough might be too hard.
Knead the dough and try again.
Decoration
1. Unscrew the fixing ring (9) by carefully
twisting it anticlockwise and pull it straight
out.
2. Put the desired nozzle (7) in the nozzle holder
and then place the nozzle holder in the fixing
ring. Screw the fixing ring back on the holder
(8) by twisting it clockwise until it sits firmly
in place.
3. Push in lock button (2) and pull the feeder bar
the whole way out. Unscrew the holder (8)
from the handle (3) by twisting (8) it a quarter
turn anticlockwise.
4. Fill the holder with whipped cream and screw
the holder back on the handle. Push in the
lock button (2) and slowly push the draw-
handle inward until the cream shows itself in
the nozzle.
5. Aim the nozzle toward the surface which is
to be decorated and push the trigger once or
several times to decorate.
Cleaning
Take apart the cookie gun and wash its parts in warm water with
dish detergent after using. Never was in dishwasher!
