4.6 Conducting the gas seal test (TEST)

After switching on the system using the switch on the front panel of the power source, the TEST
LED lights to indicate that the machine is in "test" mode.
The seal test must be performed periodically to check for any gas leaks in the pipes, from the
inlet on the back of the gas console to the valve console inlet.
It is possible to check each channel individually, as shown in Tab. 4.5:
SELECTION

The selected test starts when the RUN key is pressed: the machine first performs a "purge," then
the pipes are filled with gas the GAS INLET solenoid valves deactivated, as well as those in the
valve console.
If no leaks are detected during the test time, for example with AIR/AIR, the gas console display
shows the message OK AIR (same for the other gases).
If test T04 has been selected, the LED of the gas console PGC2 lights during the test.
