What to do if...

No power generation

Cause
Fuel cell module is out of operation as no heat transfer
through the heating circuits, heating water buffer cylin-
der or other cylinders is possible.
Fuel cell module in regeneration phase
"Power generation OFF" is selected.
The 5 year service interval has expired.
The 10 to 12 year service interval has expired.
The total service life of the fuel cell module (20 years)
has been exceeded.
Power export is briefly interrupted.

"Fault" is displayed

"Panel locked" is displayed

Cause
The control panel is locked.

System characteristics during a mains fault

Mains faults can have an adverse effect on the charac-
teristics of the system.
In case of a mains fault (e.g. power cut), the mains
monitor (ENS) of the system automatically disconnects
it from the grid. Power export is interrupted.
No fault message is displayed.
If the mains fault is present for less than 60 seconds,
power export automatically resumes within 10 minutes.

Wait until heat transfer is possible again.
Wait until the regeneration phase has been completed.
Note
After approx. 45 hours of operation, the fuel cell module
will briefly shut down for regeneration, in order to main-
tain the performance of the fuel cell module.

If the mains fault is present for more than 60 seconds,
the fuel cell module of the system shuts down.
Provided the mains fault is no longer present, power
generation by the system automatically resumes
24 hours after its last start. Should the same mains
fault lead to a further shutdown of the fuel cell module
within 7 consecutive days, there is a possibility of per-
manent mains instability.
