3.14 J22 - ATX POWER SUPPLY CONNECTOR

J22 is a 2x10 pin male connector. Plug the power connector of the ATX power
supply onto the connector.
3.15 J23 – LCD/TV OUT CONNECTOR
This is a reserved connector for TV-OUT extension which is a TV Encoder chip on
the card to encode the VGA signals to TV composite signals. And a PanelLink
LCD interface chip as a transmitter controller for TFT LCD Panel.
