3 The structural surroundings of
the burner
Existing national building ordinances in this
connection must always be complied with.
Heating room requirements
3.1
A separate heating room must always be provided
for PYROMAT DYN wood heating systems. The
heating boiler may only be set up on a fire-
resistant floor. No temperature-sensitive pipes or
lines may be installed in the floor beneath the heat-
ing boiler.
The minimum distances to the walls and the ceiling
required according to the table of dimensions for
proper cleaning and maintenance of the boiler
have to be complied with. A sufficient supply of
fresh air has to be provided directly from outdoors
into the heating room. Induced ventilation is re-
quired for heating rooms that are small and/or in-
ternally situated.
The temperature in the heating room must not ex-
ceed +40° C while the system is in operation
(boiler surroundings approx. 1 m away from the
boiler).
The temperature in the heating room must not fall
below +10° C while the system is in operation (in-
terior side of the outside wall).
The chimney connection
3.2
The PYROMAT DYN is equipped with an exhaust
blower and so it is a fireplace not requiring a draft.
The design of the chimney should be carried out
as for a fireplace with an oil or gas blast burner not
requiring a draft (temperature of exhaust gas at
nominal load: 160°-200° C).
The PYROMAT DYN is output-controlled within a
range of 30%-100% of the nominal burner output.
This results in exhaust gas temperatures within a
range of min. 100° C and max. 250° C. An insu-
lated chimney should be provided to prevent the
danger of sooting.
The path from the exhaust blower to the chimney
should be as short as possible. 90° bends should
be avoided if possible.
lengths longer than 1 m should be insulated.
The connection to the chimney should be carried
out in a fashion rising at an angle of 30°-45°. The
exhaust gas line, incl. the lead-in into the chimney
should be designed so as to be gas-tight.

4 Transport and installation

The transport lug (1) is in the ash pan on delivery

After moving it into the heating room, screw off the
transport feet (2) and position the burner such that
it is level.
