About the directory structure and
playback order of MP files
MP3 files are accessed at two directory levels:
album and track. An album may contain sub-
albums (sub-directories). After the unit has played
all tracks in an album (or sub-album), it goes to
the first track in the next album (or sub-album).
On this unit, MP3 files on data CDs can be
displayed down to the 10th sub-album (sub-
directory 10).
Tip
The CD main display does not support the display of
ID3 information contained on MP3 discs. To see this
information, enter the Options menu and select [Display]
– [ID3 info] (page 75).
