The display will not power on unless connected to an All Sport controller. Drawing A-164222 depicts the signal connection jacks located on the rear of the display. The display is equipped with a ¼" phono jack to connect to the All Sport 5000 (BB-114) and All Sport 5500 (BB-314) control consoles (Figure 4). - Page 14 BB-114 scoreboard only (Figure 5). Plug the 4-pin end of the control cable into the XLR J32 jack at the rear of the BB-114. Plug the other end of the control cable into the 9-pin jack on the top of the controller.

In most circumstances, the replacement part will be invoiced at the time it is shipped. If the failed part or replacement part is not returned to Daktronics within 3 weeks of the ship date, Daktronics will assume that the customer is purchasing the replacement part and will send an invoice for the value of the new sale part. -

- Page 27 WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY This Warranty and Limitation of Liability (the “Warranty”) sets forth the warranty provided by Daktronics with respect to the Equipment. By accepting delivery of the Equipment, Purchaser agrees to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms within the Warranty shall have the same meaning and definition as provided elsewhere in the Agreement.
- Page 28 In no event shall Daktronics be liable to Purchaser or any other party for loss, damage, or injury of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with this Warranty in excess of the purchase price of the Equipment actually delivered to and paid for by the Purchaser. The Purchaser’s remedy in any dispute under this Warranty shall be ultimately limited to the Purchase Price of the Equipment to the extent the Purchase Price has been paid.
