- Page 2 Introduction Thank you for purchasing a Guardian Fall Protection SSMR G-Rail Base. This manual User Information must be read and understood in its entirety, and used as part of an employee training program as required by OSHA or any Date of First Use: applicable state agency.

- Page 4 NEVER over-torque set-screws; doing so could strip hardware or damage roof panels. Maintenance, Cleaning, and Storage If SSMR G-Rail Base fails inspection in any way, immediately remove it from service, and contact Guardian to inquire about its return or repair.
