Adjust Camera Angles
to a Camera
Commission the Radar Detector
1. Power on the radar detector and connect the radar detector to the commissioning laptop using a
network cable.
2. Change the laptop IP address to one that is in the same network segment as the radar detector IP
address.
3. You can use the radar detector commissioning software to set parameters for the radar detector such
as the capture direction, capture distance, communication mode, and work mode.
4. Log in to the camera web system (https://IP address) and set parameters of the application mode.

For the camera web system of the 9.0.0.SPC6xx version, choose Settings > ITS Configuration >
Application.
•
For the camera web system of versions earlier than 9.0.0.SPC600, click App Home. On the page
that is displayed, click the ITS application and choose Intelligent Transportation > Application.
5. Set Application mode to Checkpoint.
6. Set key parameters such as detection mode and speed measurement mode, select required violation
detection items, and click Save.
