Replacing the blade

If the cutting blade (1) is worn or if the shear does not guarantee a clean cut after its sharpening, it is advisable to replace
the blade group by following the steps mentioned below.
WARNING!
Before any maintenance operation switch off the shear and remove the battery.
WARNING!
Blade and anvil can be replaced separately. Do not worry about the blade positioning. It will put itself in the right position
after switching on the shear at the end of the replacement.

Remedy
Check if the battery capacity is low.
Recharge the battery.
Lubricate the blade (see par. 5.2).
