Troubles about the Album on the Web

The message "DI customer ID Profile Incomplete" appears and your camcorder cannot access
the Album on the Web.
c The Login name (ID) is required to use the Album on the Web.
You cannot view or edit your album, send an invitation card, or upload still images and/or
moving pictures. (A four-digit error code appears.)
c See "Album error codes" (p. 138).
It takes some time to load the album.
c The web page may be busy. Try connecting through another provider or access point,
or connect during off-peak times.
A still image or moving picture cannot be deleted.
c There may be no still images and/or moving pictures. Tap
