Troubles about the Album on the Web
The message "DI customer ID Profile Incomplete" appears and your camcorder cannot access
the Album on the Web.

The Login name (ID) is required to use the Album on the Web.
You cannot view or edit your album, send an invitation card, or upload still images and/or
moving pictures. (A four-digit error code appears.)

It takes some time to load the album.

The web page may be busy. Try connecting through another provider or access point,
or connect during off-peak times.
A still image or moving picture cannot be deleted.
