Troubles about the Album on the Web

The message "DI Customer ID profile Incomplete" appears and your camcorder cannot access
the Album on the Web.

The DI customer ID is required to use the Album on the Web.
You cannot view or edit your album, send an invitation card, or upload still images and/or
moving pictures. (A four-digit error code appears.)

It takes some time to load the album.

The web page may be busy. Try connecting through another provider or access point,
or connect during off-peak times.
A still image or moving picture cannot be deleted.

Troubles about sending a still image

SEND does not function.

A still image is not being played back.

You did not enter the correct passkey.

The connected device was disconnected.
