Anshin Enkaku Support
Supports on operation settings of the terminal, app usages and the
connection with peripheral devices such as a PC are available by
sharing your terminal's screen with DOCOMO (In Japanese only).
• This service is not available when the docomo nano UIM card is not
inserted, when using the international roaming, or in the Airplane mode.
• Anshin Enkaku Support is a paid service that requires subscription.
• Some operations and settings are not supported.
• For details of Anshin Enkaku Support, refer to NTT DOCOMO website.

center for smartphone) From DOCOMO mobile phones:(No
prefix) 15710 (toll free) From land-line phones:
783-360 Business hours 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (open all
year round)
When calling Anshin Enkaku Support from the terminal, from the Home
screen,
→ " 遠隔サポー ト (Enkaku Support)" → " このスマー トフォンから発
信する (Make a call from this smartphone)" → "Dial"/"Phone" to dial.

Warranty and After-Sales Service
Warranty
• The terminal is provided with a written warranty. Make sure that you
receive it. Check the written contents and items such as " 販売 店名・お
買い上げ日 (Shop name/date of purchase)" and keep it in a safe place. If
it does not contain the necessary information, immediately contact the
shop where you bought it. The warranty is valid for a period of one year
from the date of purchase.
• The external TV antenna cable SC04 and SIM ejector tool are not
covered by the free repair warranty.
• SIM ejector tool is sample. Refer to inquiries for sample accessories.
• The specifications and appearance of the terminal and all accessories
are subject to change for the sake of improvement without prior notice.
• Malfunctions, repair or other handling of the terminal may cause
contents in the phonebook etc. to be altered or deleted. DOCOMO
recommends making a copy of the Phonebook data etc., in case.
* Data such as phonebook entries in the terminal can be saved in a
microSD card.
* Data such as phonebook entries can be backed using docomo cloud.
