Fix the Left and Right lower handlebar (pt.E & E-8) to the Handlebar Post (pt.D) with
STEP 5
one Axle (pt.M), two sets of Wave washer (pt.P-8), Gasket (pt.Q) and Flat washers
(pt.P-6) and Allen bolt (pt.P-7).
