ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TN-55

LEG ASSEMBLY

HARDWARE

Unpack, inspect and lay the parts on a clean, flat, soft surface to avoid marring the wood.

NOTE: During assembly of the furniture please match all joints with the corresponding letters

or numbers stamped on the furniture.

Fit the LEG ASSEMBLY mortise holes onto the TABLE TOP tenons as shown in the

photographs. If necessary, gently rock the LEG ASSEMBLY while pushing tenons into the

mortise holes until joints fit snugly (use of a rubber mallet may be needed). Make sure to

match the numbered tenons with the corresponding mortise holes. Slide the split washers,

followed by the flat washers onto the Knock-Down bolts and tighten with wrench key

provided, as shown in photographs.

Page 2 STEP-III Carefully hammer the dowels into the pre-drilled holes of the assembly, details are shown in the photographs. NOTE: To avoid marring the wood please use a block of wood between the hammer head and the dowel head for the last few blows.
